The Neoverse universe begins on a fractured Earth, its megacities lit by holographic billboards and its power supplied by quantum fusion cores. Megacorporations—each a sovereign nation—control everything from food production to neural enhancement, and their executives wear chrome visors that project their influence over the populace.
Beyond the planet, solar colonies orbit distant gas giants, connected by wormhole drive networks that allow instant travel across the solar system. These colonies are hubs of research, mining, and corporate espionage, and they form a loose alliance that resists the centralization of power on Earth.
