Who can wield the infinity stones?

The Infinity Stones are fictional artifacts that embody fundamental aspects of existence—Space, Mind, Reality, Power, Time, and Soul—within the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Thanos seeks to collect all six stones to wield them simultaneously, a plan he believes will prevent universal extinction. In 2018, he succeeds by donning the Infinity Gauntlet, snapping his fingers, and wiping out half of all life in the universe, an event known as the Blip. After the Blip, Thanos later uses the stones again to destroy them, demonstrating that he can wield them both to create and to destroy. While other heroes have interacted with individual stones in various films, none have been shown to wield all six at once; thus, Thanos remains the only confirmed wielder of the full set.
