Is there a way to use my gta online character in single player?

Grand Theft Auto Online and Grand Theft Auto V are separate games that share the same world but maintain distinct data sets for characters, progress, and items. Rockstar North and Rockstar Games have not provided any feature or tool that allows a user to import an online character into the single‑player experience. The online component is designed for multiplayer gameplay and its character data is stored on Rockstar’s servers, not on the local console or PC installation used for single-player. Consequently, if you wish to play as a particular avatar in single-player, you must create a new character within the single‑player campaign; the online character cannot be used in that mode.
