Is there a way to import gta online progress to story mode?

Grand Theft Auto Online and Grand Theft Auto V story mode operate as fundamentally separate experiences within the same game universe. GTA Online exists as a standalone online multiplayer component with its own progression system, character customization, and save data that exists independently from the single-player campaign. The story mode follows a linear narrative with predefined characters (Michael, Franklin, and Trevor) and cannot accept external progress or character data from the online mode. Rockstar Games has not implemented any cross-progression feature between these modes, and they maintain separate save file structures. Any progress made in GTA Online, including money, vehicles, and rank, remains locked to the online environment and cannot be transferred to or affect the story campaign.
