Toy Story Midway Mania! (also known as Toy Story Mania!) is an interactive 4‑D attraction that allows guests to compete in a carnival‑style shooting gallery featuring characters from the Toy Story franchise. The attraction was designed by Walt Disney Imagineering and debuted in a press conference at Walt Disney World in January 2007. It first opened to the public on May 31, 2008, at Disney’s Hollywood Studios and later that year on June 17, 2008, at Disney California Adventure. A third installation opened on July 9, 2012, at Tokyo DisneySea, giving the attraction a presence in three separate Disney parks. Each location offers a similar experience, with themed ride vehicles and a variety of games that reference the Toy Story storyline.
