How do i transfer my gta online character to a new console?

Rockstar Games has not released any feature or tool that allows players to move their GTA Online character, along with all associated progression, assets, and in-game purchases, from one console platform to another. All character data is stored on the console’s local storage and is tied to that specific system. Therefore, if you switch to a new console, you will need to create a new character and start your GTA Online experience from scratch on the new device. No cross‑save or cross‑platform transfer is supported by Rockstar for GTA Online.
