Has disney announced any new toy story films?

Disney’s Pixar division confirmed the development of Toy Story 5 in February 2023, with the film set to arrive in 2026. Andrew Stanton, who directed the first Toy Story, has been confirmed as director and co‑writer alongside Kenna Harris. The story takes place two years after the events of Toy Story 4 and follows Jessie, Woody, Buzz Lightyear, and the other toys as they encounter a new tablet named Lilypad that becomes Bonnie’s favorite plaything. The voice cast includes returning actors Tom Hanks as Woody, Tim Allen as Buzz Lightyear, and Joan Cusack as Bo Peep, joined by new voices such as Conan O'Brien, Scarlett Spears, Greta Lee, Shelby Rabara, Mykal‑Michelle Harris, and Craig Robinson. No other new Toy Story films have been announced by Disney beyond this 2026 release.
