Do gta online character skins affect story mode appearance?

GTA Online character skins are exclusive to the online component of Grand Theft Auto V and cannot be applied to the story mode characters. When playing through the single-player campaign, players control predefined protagonists (Michael, Franklin, and Trevor) whose appearances remain fixed regardless of any customization done in GTA Online. The character creation system in GTA Online is entirely separate from the story mode, with no cross-mode transfer of skins, outfits, or character appearance changes. Rockstar Games designed these as two distinct gameplay experiences with separate progression systems, character models, and customization options.
