Prince Naveen

Prince Naveen of Maldonia arrives in 1920s New Orleans with little more than his guitar, his good looks, and a carefree attitude. As a prince from a small European country, he carries no actual wealth, having been disinherited by his parents after squandering his royal privileges on music, girls, and the pursuit of pleasure. His arrival in the Big Easy is motivated by a desire to marry a wealthy American socialite, hoping to restore his lavish lifestyle. Cocky, flirtatious, and utterly self-absorbed, Naveen views life as one grand melody to be played and enjoyed without consequence.

Everything changes when Naveen encounters the scheming Dr. Facilier, the Shadow Man of New Orleans, who promises to make all his dreams come true.
