Lance Vance

Lance Vance first appears in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City (1986) as the brother of Tommy Vercetti's wife, making him Tommy's brother-in-law. He operates in the sun-soaked criminal underworld of Vice City, where he runs a drug trafficking operation and commands a small army of loyal henchmen. At the game's outset, Lance works alongside Tommy during the disastrous drug deal at the docks that sets the entire story in motion.
