Kara Zor-El / Supergirl

Kara Zor-El was born on the planet Krypton as the daughter of Zor-El and Lara Lorvan, making her the cousin of Kal-El, better known as Superman. When the planet Krypton faced imminent destruction, her father placed her in suspended animation within a spacecraft and launched her toward Earth, hoping she would survive the catastrophe that claimed their world. However, due to the ship's trajectory and a malfunction in the ship's systems, Kara remained in stasis far longer than intended, eventually crash-landing on Earth decades after her cousin had already established himself as Superman.
