Grinch

The Grinch, whose full name is unknown but often referred to as Cindy-Lou Who's namesake, is a green, furry creature with a heart described as being two sizes too small. He dwells alone in a mountain cave overlooking the peaceful town of Whoville, where the Whos celebrate Christmas with great enthusiasm despite their tiny size. Each year, the Grinch grows increasingly irritated by the Christmas sounds and decorations that echo down the mountain, leading him to concoct an elaborate plan to steal all the holiday decorations and gifts. His scheme involves stealing everything that makes Christmas special, but he cannot comprehend why the Whos remain joyful even after losing their presents. Through his observation of their celebration, particularly his interaction with young Cindy-Lou Who, the Grinch begins to understand that Christmas is not about material possessions but about love and togetherness. This revelation causes his cold heart to grow three sizes, transforming him into a joyful participant in the holiday festivities.
